I think I saw several mini projectors at CES. Remember to visit the Samsung booth, but I do not remember seeing the MBP200 pico projector. My sources say it was announced then, but must have missed the press conference.

Specifications for the Samsung MBP200 have been recently released. Comes with HVGA resolution of 480 x 320, but I am not certain of what lies in the size of the projected image. I’m surprised I have not seen that in the specifications at all.

MBP200 I know the screen has a 2.2 inch QVGA LCD with 320 × 240 resolution. Can support playback of MP3, WMA, OGG, and WAV playback. Support can also be granted for DivX, Xvid, WMV9, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4.

Regarding memory, I am not certain how much is the internal memory of this device. I know it has a microSD card slot to support 16GB. Nobody knows how that translates into as far as actual video?

The Samsung MBP200 be available in May, but the price will be around $ 637. Is only available in European markets, with no word coming to the States abroad.
